Submit required onboarding documents (includes: Proof of Location, W9, Proof of Antivirus/Malware and System Properties).
Complete Self Certification (can be completed in as little as six hours).
Pass a test call (minimum of 2 test calls and a supervisor transfer).
Virtual Inbound Contact Center Agent
We are currently seeking individuals with customer service and contact center experience to join our team as a contact center agent. We are looking for those who consider themselves among the best in the customer service industry to help answer inbound calls from our clients’ donors and members. This is an independent contractor position (not W2 employee) that offers flexible hours. Spring is a busy campaign season, producing a large earning potential for agents. For agents who are competitive and active during our initial campaigns, you will have future contracting opportunities.
